Our Story

Welcome to Salt Water Junkie! We are Mary-Lyn and Phil, a husband and wife team. Our journey began with a simple desire to work from home, which led us to explore the world of clothing, but good quality, ethically sourced and made in Canada whenever possible. However, our love for nature and sustainability inspired us to expand our offerings to include beautiful natural gemstone bracelets and, most recently, beeswax food wraps.

Living a life committed to growing and harvesting from our garden, we understand the importance of preserving nature. This commitment drove us to develop our beeswax wraps, designed to help reduce plastic waste while keeping your food fresh and flavourful. We believe that small changes can make a big difference, and our products reflect that philosophy.

The name "Salt Water Junkie" holds a special meaning for us, as it pays homage to Mary-Lyn's family roots in New Brunswick and our shared love for the ocean. Each product we create is infused with this passion for nature and sustainability, ensuring that our eco-friendly kitchen solutions not only serve a purpose but also add a charming touch to your home.
